Dr. Nordstrom was born and raised in a small town in northern New Mexico and attended Grinnell College in Iowa as an undergraduate. He came to Colorado Springs from Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in 1990 and practiced rheumatology for several years before working at Memorial Hospital as a hospitalist for 13 years. He now serves as Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group’s in-house rheumatologist.
Dr. Nordstrom has a lifelong love of bicycling and fabricates custom bicycle frames as well as high-end furniture, specializing in inlay and marquetry.
