Dr. Jepson is a native of Colorado Springs. Following his orthopedic surgery residency, Dr. Jepson completed an additional year of training in joint replacement surgery of the hip and knee. After his fellowship training, he returned to his hometown with his wife, Amy. He enjoys the mountains and numerous outdoor activities and is very happy to be close to family.

More about Robert
Robert was born and raised in northern California. After serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy for six years, he obtained his first bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. Shortly after graduating, Robert transferred to Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, where he completed a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies.
After graduating, Robert began working at a family practice office in the northern suburbs of Chicago, where he worked for three years. He joined Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group in June 2012, and he works primarily with Dr. Jepson as his physician assistant.
Robert is married to Laura, a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, and has three kids. He enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing.
